Following a high-energy opening weekend, The Standard, Brussels keeps the momentum going as PaperBoy Paris continues its takeover of Double Standard until May 3.

What started as a buzz-worthy launch has quickly turned into one of Brussels’ must-visit food destinations this spring. The Standard, Brussels x PaperBoy Paris brings together bold, flavor-packed comfort food, laid-back community vibes and a sharp eye for style.

The lunch menu delivers on PaperBoy’s cult reputation: indulgent, layered, and made to satisfy. Expect crispy chicken karaage with furikake and yuzu kosho mayo, a rich grilled Reuben sando stacked with pastrami and melted Swiss cheese, or the hero dish wagyu smash burger with truffle mayo. The tuna tataki sando with avocado, shiso and wasabi mayo adds a fresh, refined edge to the lineup. To drink, refreshing ginger lemonades and fruit iced teas keep things bright and easy, perfect for a midday break in the city.

This is lunch, the PaperBoy way: bold flavors, premium ingredients, and just the right amount of indulgence.

But the takeover goes beyond the plate. If you know PaperBoy, you know it’s as much about style as it is about food. A limited drop of PaperBoy merch is available exclusively during the takeover, including a Champion hoodie and a ’47 cap. These collectible pieces turn Double Standard into more than just a lunch spot, it becomes a cultural meeting point where food, fashion and community collide.

The energy continues beyond the table: on Sunday 26/04, The Standard, Brussels teams up again with local running club Cadence to host an additional community run, bringing together movement, music and food in true PaperBoy spirit.

For those looking to extend the experience, guests can also book the exclusive PaperBoy Package at The Standard, Brussels. The offer includes a special room rate, daily breakfast, and a curated selection of exclusive merch to take home, including a Champion hoodie, ’47 cap and additional limited edition collectible items. To complete the experience, receive a €50 credit to try the sandwiches at Double Standard restaurant.
